  • Email blasts with up-to-date communications
  • Opportunity to participate in MainStreet promotions and events
  • Ability to accept Downtown Dollars gift certificates
  • Advocacy for Downtown before City Council, Routt County Government, in regional issues and community forums
  • The go-to organization for anything involving downtown: statistics, real estate and leasing information/direction, database information for downtown, activities and amenities,

  • Monthly downtown sales tax numbers and percentage of change stats emailed
  • Event postings emailed each week (What's Happening Downtown email blast) to front desks, concierges, front line employees and interested parties (info must be provided to MainStreet by Wednesday of the week the event is to be included in What's Happening Downtown)

Sponsorship membership:

  • Includes all of the above, plus:
  • Sponsorship of one of MainStreet's major events (sponsorship may be shared) and all associated advertising
  • Free annual meeting admission for up to 4 people
2)  INDIVIDUALS and NON-PROFITS            $100
(Will be listed as an individual only - not as a business)

3) PROPERTY OWNERS*                            $.10 per sq ft
Based on bldg footprint square footage

*Additional bonus if both the "property" and the business occupying space in it are MainStreet Steamboat Springs members, each entity will receive a 25% discount on membership dues.
